We will integrate all your social media accounts into your website so that visitors can find all your social media profiles easily.

This is great for building up a following and building up your brand.

PLEASE NOTE:

You will need to set everything up with a courier service of your choice.

We, unfortunately, won’t be able to help you with this, as there are so many courier companies to choose from, as well as a wide array of packages that they offer.

We can, however, recommend using FastWay couriers as they have an amazing “plugin” which integrates perfectly into your E-Commerce platform.

There are other companies that can do the same thing, but after doing multiple E-Commerce websites, we have found that FastWay couriers is by far the best option.

Here are some of the most frequently asked questions that we receive, with regard to the e-commerce package.

Are there any hidden costs?

There are absolutely no hidden costs. Once we supply you with a formal quotation for a job, that is the only amount that you will pay us.

 

Please note: You will need to pay for your website’s hosting (There is no way around this cost, unfortunately. Every single website in the world has to pay for hosting).

There are many options when it comes to hosting companies, but we ALWAYS recommend using Xneelo Hosting. They have packages starting at R99 per month.

Best hosting provider?

We always recommend using Xneelo Hosting (formerly called Hetzner). Their pricing is one of the best and they guarantee a 99% uptime which is excellent.

They also offer 24-hour customer support. I currently have 4 websites and all of them use Xneelo Hosting.

Adding new products?

You can add new products whenever you want to. 

You can email us with all the relevant information for each product that you would like to add (name, photo, description, price, dimensions, etc). 

We would then create the new products for you on your website.

It will take us approximately 24 hours to create the new products, from the time that we receive the email with all the relevant information for each product that you would like us to create.

Editing products?

You can contact us any day of the week between 9am and 5pm if you would like to change any of your products.

You can either call us or email us the changes that you would like to make to any of your products.

Can I add new content?

Yes! You will be able to add new content whenever you want to. There is no limit to the number of posts or pages that you can have with this package.

How do I add new blog posts?

You would need to supply us with all the relevant content for your new pages, or blog posts.

You would write all the content- as well as supplying us with the images- and send it to us via email.

We would then take the content that you provide us with and design a professional blog post/ page which ties in well with the overall theme- or look- of your website.

We would be able to create the new blog post/ page within 24 hours from the time that you email us all the content.

How to set up hosting?

Choosing and setting up a hosting package is generally quite straight forward, but if you get stuck, we are more than happy to assist you in setting it all up.

We can walk you through the process, over a phone call, or through a program like TeamViewer

What do I need to provide?

Who knows your business better than you do? I don’t think anyone, so there is no better person to write the content for the website than you. 

Therefore, you would need to write all the relevant content (the write-ups) for your new website. 

We will place everything in a way that looks awesome, but you would need to supply the content.

You also have the option to provide the photographs/ images for the website, but if that is not possible, we can make use of free stock images from sites like PexelsUnsplash, and Pixabay.

Social Media Assistance?

Yes, we will be able to create a business page for you on FacebookInstagram, and LinkedIn.

We do not use any of the other social media platforms so we will not be able to assist you with anything else except the three platforms that we mentioned.

We will create the business page for you, and link it with your website. We do not offer a social media management service.

What is social media integration?

We will incorporate various methods to display your social media accounts on your website via things like floating buttons, icons in the navigation menu, etc.

This is great for building up a following on your various social media platforms. 

We can also set up social media sharing options that will allow your visitors to share any content from your website with a simple click of a button.
